By using the Somnia app ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Somnia is a mobile application that lets users journal their dreams and read them through different perspectives via interpretations generated by OpenAI. Interpretations are for informational and entertainment purposes; they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or religious advice.
You may use the Service anonymously or by signing in with Apple ID. You may use the Service if you are 12 or older; under that age, parental consent is required.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription auto-renews at the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You continue to use Premium features until the end of the current period.
Refunds: Refund requests are managed via Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
The Somnia app, the Sommy character, logo, visual design, and all texts belong to Somnia. The dream texts you produce belong to you; you do not grant us any ownership rights. AI interpretation texts are free for personal use; they may not be republished for commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or deleted without warning.
Sommy interpretations are generated by AI. Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. Do not use interpretations as professional medical, psychological, or religious advice. For content indicating crisis, the app routes to professional support hotlines; please take those messages seriously.
Somnia reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate this Service or its features. If the Service is permanently terminated while you are a Premium subscriber, your remaining subscription period is refunded pro rata.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somnia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are subject to the laws of the developer-designated jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protection laws of the country in which the user resides.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in the app.
